July 19, 2023"My experience with Mountain Air Comfort exceeded all expectation. I had a leak in my a/c unit and was preparing for the worst. Technician Michael Diaz provided next day service for a very reasonable service fee and terms. He arrived early for our appointment and was very professional, courteous, friendly and wasted no time troubleshooting the issue. He was extremely knowledgeable and informative, taking time to explain what he was doing as well as the possible outcomes. He put me at ease right away and I knew I was in good hands. To my relief, Michael resolved the leak issue; made the necessary repairs…going above and beyond to make a future repair more accessible and efficient… and gave my a/c a thorough inspection to be sure all was working properly. I so appreciated Michael’s patience and willingness to advise me and educate me on some other issues related to my HVAC system. He took the time to patiently go the extra mile to provide a thorough and detailed explanation which I greatly appreciated. Michael really made the service appointment a painless and pleasant experience for me and I feel blessed to have had the opportunity to do business with him.
